Valentino Johnson

Valentino Johnson began his musical journey at age ten with the trumpet, where he first discovered his love for jazz. Since then, he has added guitar, bass, drums, and piano to his musical toolkit, with music theory helping him understand how each instrument connects. He also writes and records his own music and regularly performs live.

In his lessons, Valentino focuses on building strong technique and confidence while keeping music fun and engaging. Students are encouraged to choose songs they enjoy while working toward goals that challenge them to grow each week. His patient and creative approach gives students room to experiment, make mistakes, and discover the joy of making music.

Valentino is completing his B.S. in Audio Production and Recording at Georgia State University and interns at a recording studio in his spare time. Outside of music, he enjoys spending time outdoors and listening to a wide range of genres, especially jazz and punk.
