Stephanie received her Bachelor’s degrees from the University of Georgia, where she double majored in Music and Cognitive Science. She continued her music studies by earning a Master’s degree in Piano Performance from Columbus State University’s Schwob School of Music. She has experience playing in orchestras, both as a keyboardist and a cellist. She also has experience performing as a soloist and collaborative pianist and has had the opportunity to work with a diverse range of instrumentalists and vocalists. Stephanie strongly believes that music can be a fulfilling part of one’s life and that a person’s age or background should not limit their ability to learn and play an instrument. Being an enthusiast of diverse repertoire, Stephanie often encourages her students to bring the type of music they want to learn to the lesson, no matter the genre. As an educator, she hopes to foster an environment where the student enjoys learning and making music!
