Cierra received formal vocal and piano training at Clark Atlanta University, where she graduated with a B.A. in Music Composition in 2015. During her time at university, Cierra made her mark as the first female president of the Clark Atlanta University Philharmonic Society and performed as one of the 'Raelettes' in a Ray Charles tribute at the Cobb Performing Arts Center.
Cierra is passionate about all genres of music and has recently reignited her study of Spanish, aiming to become bilingual. As a teacher, she believes in a personalized approach to music education, recognizing that music learning is not a "one size fits all" experience. She enjoys discovering each student’s unique learning style and tailoring her teaching methods accordingly.
