Carolina Ramirez Tellez has been immersed in music since early childhood, beginning her journey singing Latin music with her family at around age four. She performed regularly with her father and siblings in their community and continues to play with them today in a Spanish church band, now on violin, a role she has held since 2014. She began studying violin in 2012 and has since performed in middle and high school orchestras, advancing into chamber ensemble and participating in string quartet and electric quintet groups. During this time, she also gained performance experience in marching band as a member of color guard.
Her teaching style blends structure with creativity, making lessons feel equal parts relaxed, focused, and encouraging. She believes enjoyment is essential to progress and works with students at their own pace so they feel confident, supported, and proud of what they are learning. Lessons are designed to be engaging while still building strong technical and musical foundations.
Outside of teaching and performing, Carolina enjoys rock, J-rock, soundtrack music, and Latin genres. She spends her time reading, writing, making art, playing video games, and cosplaying, and she is also passionate about languages, currently learning French, Japanese, and Esperanto.
