We are one of Atlanta's largest music studios looking for fun, reliable musicians to teach any combination of piano, guitar voice, drums, strings orwoodwinds at our beautiful studio locations or with our in (the client's) home program!!

We are always on the lookout for great people looking to become outstanding music instructors. We are currently interviewing for part-time and full-time WEEKDAY & WEEKEND music teaching positions:

Specific needs are for PIANO/GUITAR/VOICE/WOODWINDS teachers - especially sopranos and altos - but always interviewing for other instruments like ukulele, drums and strings!

Qualifications:

  • MUST live in the Atlanta metro area or have definite plans to move (we are currently looking for teachers who can teach IN PERSON at our Vinings or East Cobb Studios or in our client's homes in the Buckhead and surrounding areas.)
  • Must read music
  • Must really enjoy teaching CHILDREN and BEGINNERS
  • Preferable to play/teach more than one instrument (even if not performance quality)
  • Must have a positive attitude, great personality and work well with others
  • Must be punctual, responsible and have a professional appearance
  • Must have a strong work ethic and handle yourself as a professional

Front Desk Manager

We are currently seeking a highly organized and personable Front Desk Manager to deliver exceptional customer service and spread the company vision. As the Front Desk Manager, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the behind-the-scenes details and embracing our company culture. Working closely with the COO, you will ensure smooth internal operations and deliver excellent customer experiences to our families and students. Join our team and contribute to our mission of providing an exceptional music and education experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the COO to ensure efficient scheduling and event planning, attending weekly (online) team meetings and mentoring sessions.
  • Exceed client expectations through outstanding service and communication.
  • Support team members with a proactive and can-do attitude.
  • Manage multiple email inboxes, responding promptly to create a positive impression of our company.
  • Provide guidance and support to faculty members regarding scheduling and enrollment.
  • Handle payment processing and membership inquiries for both enrolled and new students.
  • Maintain relationships with families and students to foster long-term engagement.
  • Manage billing and resolve payment-related issues efficiently.
  • Address student questions regarding private lessons, classes, and overall company experience.
  • Assist with organizing, promoting, and staffing bi-annual recitals, open mics, and other events.
  • Collaborate with the COO to maintain an accurate student and family database.
  • Enhance the enrollment experience for new students with your professionalism and organizational skills.
  • Proactively engage with students and families to ensure long-term retention.
  • Serve as the main contact person for enrollment inquiries, representing our company professionally.

Details:

Full-time position, approximately 40 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate applicant's needs and studio requirements.

Two possible schedules:

  • Tues-Friday: 12:30pm - 8:30pm; Saturday: 9am-4pm (Off Sunday, Monday).
  • Mon-Friday: 1pm-8:30pm; Sunday: 9am-4:30pm (Off Wednesday, Saturday).
