Mike Grant's love for music and music education started alongside his mother in a Music Together class when he was four years old. Starting piano lessons in 2nd grade, Mike began writing his own music and lyrics in elementary school. With a passion for performing, musical theatre and singer-songwriter open mics became a consistent source of joy throughout middle and high school. 

Mike received his Bachelor's degree in Music Business from Monmouth University. Teaching in Asbury Park, NJ, Mike got to revisit his Music Together days and share the gift of music with toddlers and adults alike. With an emphasis on simplifying what "makes the songs" we all know and love, Mike teaches and believes that music is for everyone, no matter what age or skill level. Mike started with The Music Studio Atlanta November, 2021, teaching beginner to intermediate level piano, guitar, voice, ukulele, and percussion.
